SUPERHERO WINE CLUB
What it is:
The club program is designed to make special offers available monthly to members of the club. The offerings will include discounts on small lot limited production wines that typically do not make it to Texas. The wineries and wines will change from month to month. While we will be offering wines each month, it is up to you to decide if you wish to purchase anything that month.
What is required:
The club is free to join. Membership is based on a calendar year and requires the purchase of at least 1 case of wine each year. If after the end of the calendar year you have not purchased the 1 case requirement, you will simply be removed from “club status” at no penalty. You may rejoin the club after you complete the required 1 case purchase at regular price.
How it Works:
- We will provide “special” wine offering each month.
- You will receive an email notification of the wine that has been selected that month.
- A complementary tasting event will be held during the week the wine is being offered.
- The wine will be sold to members at a discount for one week on a pre-sale basis.
- It is up to you to decide if you wish to purchase the wine offered that month.
- You can purchase as little or as much of the monthly offering as you desire.
- Upon your order confirmation and payment, we will order your wines.
- You will have one week to pick up the wine at Vintropolis.
What you will receive:
- an advance purchase opportunity on any special limited release and Library wines in advance of the general public.
- a 20% discount off the retail price for 1-11 bottles of the current wine offering
- a 30% discount off the retail price for full case orders of the current wine offering
- exclusive invitations to Wine-club-only events including winemaker events, new release parties and special tasting programs.
Membership levels:
Good Citizen Level – One case per year purchased
– Benefits include:20% Discount on the Vintropolis retail price of the wine of the month
Hero Level – 2 cases per year purchased
– Benefits include: 20% Discount on the Vintropolis retail price of the wine of the month
A FREE “Hero” Cheese Platter when you enjoy hospitality at Vintropolis with a party of 4 or more.
Super Hero Level – 3 cases per year purchased
– Benefits include:20% Discount on the Vintropolis retail price of the wine of the month
A FREE “Hero” Cheese Platter when you enjoy hospitality at Vintropolis with a party of 4 or more.
